Cubadak Paradiso Village is a resort complex that consists on
bungalows built on stilts according to the local architecture and
woods, all facing the sea. The resort is located on the south
eastern tip of Cubadak Island, thus giving the feeling of bordering
a lake surrounded by mountains with a thick jungle covering its
slopes down to the sea. The beach stretches over 1.5 km and the
land occupied by the resort is around 7 hectares, with strictly no
other construction in the vicinity.
Rooms
The resort offers 12 individual bungalows alongside the beach (and
1 special suite that built directly on the sea), with each veranda
facing east. No door or veranda will have any view to the
neighboring bungalows, giving the privacy. Made with thatched roof,
each bungalow are fitted with double bed plus mosquito net, ceiling
fan, safe deposit box, mini-bar, writing desk, and wall sockets for
electricity. Its en-suite bathroom comes with hot/cold water
shower, towels, beach mat, amenities, and hairdryer.
Restaurant & Food
Cubadak Restaurant all-day dining offers a mix of Indonesian,
Padang, Chinese Mandarin and Italian cuisines, as well as fresh
seafood harvested from the local fishermen. The bar on the pier,
offers tea and coffee, beers, wines, cocktails, and other
refreshing drinks where you can directly lounging on a sundeck or
even plunging over the sea water.
Activities & Sport
Other than its pristine beach, the traditional canoes ride to the
small village islands with an impressive mangrove lagoon is
available to all guests at no extra charge. Guests also can take
the mangrove trekking, fun sailing, and snorkeling equipment rental
at no charge. Water ski and guided scuba diving however, is
available at extra charge. After all the fun and adventurous beach
trip, guests can take a rest inside its library room which also has
the TV lounge with international channels, taking a sunbath, or
playing some board and card games at the bar.
