The hotel is located at the waterfront of Tsuen Wan Central. It is just a 30-minute ride from Hong Kong International Airport and a 5-minute walk away from the KCR West Rail Station, which is linked to the Mass Transit Railway (MTR) system, which links major districts in Hong Kong. The closest MTR underground station is Tsuen Wan which is about 15 minutes away. From this station, it takes 24 minutes by train to Tsim Sha Tsui or 27 minutes to Central District. 15 kms to city centre 35 kms to the nearest airport (hong kong) 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (vision city) Close to the station (kcr west rail sstation) 3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 30 km to the nearest fair site (asia world expo)

This is a new hotel and can be considered a 4-star, Superior First class hotel. This is a large hotel which is part of an even larger complex which will have another hotel and many recreational and meeting facilities. Although the hotel is a bit out of the major district of Hong Kong, there are many shops and restaurants in Tsuen Wan district. The public transportation is conveniently located close to the hotel, taking half an hour to go to downtown Hong Kong.
Exterior: This is a 42-storey modern building. This building is linked with an internal bridge on 41th floor to the other phase of the hotel, which is taller and will be opened in 2008.
Lobby: The lobby is large in size. It has many glass windows and there are also many seating facilities in the lobby.

Rooms
All rooms are large in size and have a high ceiling and are in excellent condition. The decor is modern, homey, and contemporary in style. The room set up is with 2 double beds and 1 room allowing a maximum of 4 adults. These new, modern rooms are equipped with modern in-room facilities like LCD television monitor, IDD telephone, and safe box. The bathrooms are separated with modern-styled glass windows from the rooms. The rooms either have a city view or harbour view.

Restaurant & Food
The Café Circles on the hotel 9th floor is an all-day interactive venue which offers breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. This hotel restaurant offers service every day from 6.30am to 11.30 pm. western and oriental cuisines will be served from time to time under casual and warm atmosphere.

Activities & Sport
The outdoor and indoor swimming pools are on the 9th floor of the hotel and guest can enjoy a leisurely swim in all seasons. The fitness center and spa are on the 10th floor of the hotel.

It takes about 5 minutes on foot from the hotel to the Tsuen Wan West Railway Station.
