This complex comprises 90 studios and 8 apartments. Facilities include a currency exchange facility, a TV room and parking for those arriving by car. There is also a small supermarket, a self-service laundrette, a children's playground and a souvenir shop on site, and safety deposit boxes are available for hire.

Each room comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a direct dial telephone, a TV and a kitchenette with a fridge. The air conditioning is individually adjustable (charges apply) and each room additionally comes with either a balcony or a terrace. Studios accommodate up to 3 persons in 1 double and 1 single bed. Duplex studios accommodate up to 5 persons on 2 floors. The first floor contains 2 single beds plus an extra bed, and the second floor has a double bed. 1-bedroom apartments have twin beds and an extra bed in the main living area, along with a double bed in the bedroom.

The hotel has its own outdoor swimming pool, complete with complimentary sun loungers and parasols. There is a poolside bar providing snacks and refreshments throughout the day, and guests can also make use of a pool table, table football and a lounge area with satellite TV, showing movies and all major sporting events.
