This property provides guests with a whole range of services including satellite television with Canal+ in shared areas, Internet access, a daily newspaper service, check in and check out around the clock and free use of garage parking. There is a café, a bar and conference facilities on site. It comprises a total of 70 guest rooms.

All of the rooms come with a work area, an en suite shower, Internet access and a TV with a built-in alarm. Bunk beds are available in some of the rooms for a third guest at no extra charge. Two of the rooms are specially designed with wheelchair access and other features for disabled guests. Towels and shower gel are provided as standard in all rooms.

Breakfast is served in the form of a continental buffet, while lunch and dinner are available as a buffet, from a set menu or à la carte.

By car from Paris on the A1 motorway: take exit 7 to Fosses/Abbaye de Royaumont, then take the D922 to Chaumontel and the RN16 to Chantilly. From Cergy-Pontoise: take the D104 to Charles de Gaulle Airport and turn off at the exit for Chantilly, onto the RN16. From Lille: take exit N104 towards Cergy-Pontoise, then follow the RN16 to Chantilly.
