The hotel is located on a quiet side street, in the lively Montparnasse area, barely a minute walk from the Pernety tube station. This is a 3-star, pleasant hotel, with friendly staff. The rooms are definitely of superior standard, and the location is first-class. The hotel has private parking: extra charge and reservations required before arrival.
Exterior: It is a contemporary-style building, which blends in well with the architecture of the area.
Lobby: The lobby is small but cozy; to the right of the entrance is the reception desk, to the left is a small, cosy seating area and the bar.

Rooms
The rooms are of medium to small in size. They are very bright, and nicely decorated in modern style. The bathrooms also vary in size, and like the rooms, are of a very good standard. All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking, and equipped with LCD flat screen TV.

Restaurant & Food
The breakfast room is located behind the lobby area. It is small and functional.
