The hotel is located in Xi'an's Chanba Ecological Zone. The city centre is roughly 30 km from the hotel and Xian train station roughly 25 km. Huaqing Spring is also around 30 km and the Terracotta Warriors and Horses are located approximately 45 km from the hotel.

Newly opened in 2008, this hotel is the official venue for the Euro-Asia Economic Forum and is set in 64,000 m² of natural grounds including a garden and a terrace. This is the only business hotel in Xi'an with a resort feeling and comprises a total of 355 rooms. This air-conditioned holiday village club resort, comprising 6 floors, has a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access. It provides state-of-art audiovisual equipment and technology in its 1,400 m² pillar-free ballroom, which also includes simultaneous interpreting and audiovisual systems. There are 10 other conference rooms of different sizes also available, including a circular conference room on the 5th floor. Also available are a children's playground, a café, a bar and a restaurant. Further amenities include WLAN Internet access, room service, laundry service and a car park.
