This city hotel was renovated in 2008 and comprises a total of 120 guest rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception service and a hotel safe, and on-site facilities include lift access, a games room, a TV lounge, a bar and a breakfast room. Guests can get tickets and ideas for walking tours and sightseeing tours at reception, whilst those who would like to do the research themselves can visit the Internet terminals or use the WLAN Internet access (fees apply), which is available throughout building. Guests can hire bikes for a fee.

This hotel offers clearly structured, friendly rooms with modern furniture and an en suite shower/bath and toilet. All rooms are light and are equipped with satellite/cable TV and a hairdryer. Other facilities include Internet access and central heating. The hotel has single and double rooms for individual and business travellers and family rooms, which can sleep 2 adults and 2 children, are also available. Breakfast, bed linen and hand towels are inclusive for guests staying in the single or double rooms.

The hotel provides an 'all you can eat' breakfast buffet (optional in the dormitory rooms).

From Westbahnhof station: Leave Westbahnhof in the direction of Felberstrasse and then turn right in the direction of Neubaugürtel federal highway B221. When reaching this road turn left and proceed on this road for about 1.3 km. Next turn left into Lerchenfelder Gürtel and the hostel will come into view. Guests can alternatively take the U6 underground line in the direction of Floridsdorf, alighting at Thaliastrasse. From Schwechat Airport: Take the 1187 bus in the direction of Westbahnhof. Alight at Westbahnhof and change there for the U6 underground line in the direction of Floridsdorf. Get off at Thaliastrasse and walk to the hostel. It is also possible to walk to the hostel from Westbahnhof - just follow the directions when coming from Westbahnhof. From the bus station: Take the underground to the hostel from Landstrasser Haupstrasse: Take the U3 in the direction of Ottakring and alight at Westbahnhof. Then change for the U6, heading in the direction of Floridsdorf. Get off at the Thaliastrasse stop and walk to the hostel.
