Exterior: Located on higher ground and over 20 storeys high, this
hotel overlooks their 18 hole championship golf course and has
excellent views of the Gold Coast hinterland and beaches.
Lobby: The lobby is very spacious with reception located on your
right handside as you enter. There is plenty of seating available
and lobby bar. A Tour Desk is located just behind reception and is
well equipped with information and a booking service should you
need assistance with organising your itinerary while in the Gold
Coast.
Rooms
The en suite rooms are spacious and equipped with a hairdryer,
domestic and international direct dial telephone, satellite/cable
TV, radio, refrigerator/minibar, tea and coffee making facilities,
individually regulated air conditioning units and a complimentary
morning paper. King-size beds come as standard, as well as an
in-room safe to store valuables.
Restaurant & Food
There are four restaurants to choose from. The signature
restaurant, RPR's is located on the 21st floor and boasts
magnificent views of the Gold Coast skyline. Parkview restaurant is
more casual and offers a la carte or seafood buffet. Arakawa
Restaurant specialises in authentic Japanese cuisine, including
sushi and tappanyaki while the Tee's Clubhouse is located next to
the golf course and offers light snacks and beverages.
Activities & Sport
There is a heated swimming pool, a fully equipped health club
(including gym) and a world-class Angsana Spa on the resort
grounds. Guests wishing to play tennis may make use of the hotel's
7 tennis courts or alternatively play a round of golf on the
27-hole composite golf course.
Directions, How to get
there
If driving from Brisbane, follow the Pacific Highway (M1) south to
exit 71 (Nerang - Broadbeach Road) and take that road past Carrara
Stadium. Then, turn left into Ross Street and take the first left
after the overpass to enter Royal Pines Resort. If driving from
Gold Coast Airport, follow the Pacific Highway (M1) north to exit
73 (Nielsen's Road) and take the road East over the overpass. Take
the second left into Birmingham Rd, follow this over the Nerang
River Bridge and then follow signs to the hotel.
