Sunset restaurant is a Buffet restaurant, Evoo is an award fine dining restaurant, the Dragon Court serves Authentic Asian Flavours and Il Piatto offers cafe style dining. Sunset Restaurant is is open daily from 6-10.30am for breakfast, 11.30-3pm for lunch and 5.30- 10pm for dinner Sundays to Thursdays and 5.30-11pm Fridays and Saturdays. Evoo is Open Tuesdays to Saturdays for Dinner and Friday for lunch. EVOO is closed throughout January. Dragon Court is Open for dinner nightly from 6.30pm. At il Piatto, a snack menu is available from 9am each morning. Lunch and and dinner menus are available seven days per week. Breakfast is served from 8am on Sundays.

There is easy access to the hotel from the airport and from The Ghan station. Alternatively, the hotel offers a private hire car service at an additional charge and is able to pick guests up from either the airport or the train station.
