Every unit has its own private balcony with outstanding ocean views. The Kingfisher is situated on 2 acres of land with an abundance of wildlife. The lush gardens are full of native trees making it a bird lover's paradise with over 20 different species of birds. The laughter of the 'Kookaburra'(Dacelo gigas) - the King of Australia's kingfishers resounds at sunrise and sunset throughout the bush. Also on the property we have rainbow lorikeets (Trichoglossus haematodus), king parrots (Alisterus scapularis), magpies, sulphur-crested cockatoos, crimson rosellas, little corellas, peewees, galahs and white-headed pigeons to name a few.
