Originally built in the 1800's, the chic, calm and contemporary
interior blends beautifully with the historical Hawkesbury

Rooms
All rooms feature a marble bathroom with separate shower and extra
deep European style bath. Premier rooms are stylish, well-appointed
rooms available with either king-size, queen-size or twin beds.
They also feature an armchair, an ottoman, 2 drop down lights and
bedside tables, a wooden bedhead, moveable work desk and chair and
a wardrobe with drawers. All rooms come with a hairdryer, a direct
dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a

Restaurant & Food
The hotel proudly houses 2 award-winning restaurants: headed by
international chef Jeremy Clark, Bistro-Fax is a chic city
restaurant serving modern Australian cuisine and also offers a BYO
(bring your own) option, as well as providing a well-balanced wine
list. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bilson's is a
fine dining restaurant with an emphasis on French cooking
techniques and tastes.
