• Economy Class :  Economy Class passengers are able to enjoy comfortable seat, refreshment towels are offered right after boarding. The fare is including food on board. 
  
  
• Blue Ribbon Class : Equals to business class, Blue Ribbon class passenger have access to their own check-in counter in order to hasten the check-in process. Blue Ribbon class passenger also receives an extra 10 kg baggage allowance. The fare is including food on board with choice of Asian, Thai, and Western menu. Complimentary wine and champagne are also available. 
  
  
• Premier Class : Only available at selected routes, Premier class provides seat pitch of 31 inches and 19.83 inches wide. Passengers will enjoy selected in-flight menu and will be entitled to privileges including a separate Blue Ribbon check-in counter, 30kg baggage allowance, and priority baggage claim.
  
  

Cabin:  

• Passenger can carry onboard a free baggage allowance with maximum maximum weight 5 kg for all classes. All passengers may carry one small personal item, such as a purse or laptop, and 1 carry-on bag.
  
  

Check-in:

• Economy Class : Maximum weight allowance is 20 kilograms for adult and child, 10 kilograms for infant.
• Blue Ribbon Class (Business Class) and Premier Class: Maximum weight allowance is 30 kilograms for adult and child, 10 kilograms for infant.
• Sports equipments are included in passenger checked baggage allowance, any exceed weight resulting from such inclusion shall be assessed with excess charge.

• Web and Mobile Check-in are available from 24 hours up to 2 hours prior to departure time.
• Passengers on international flights who have completed web or mobile check-in are required to present themselves at Check-in Counter at least 90 minutes prior to departure time to obtain a boarding pass and verification of travel documents needed for Immigration and Security clearance. 
• International Flight : Passengers are entitled to be at the check in counter at least  2.00 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
• Domestic Flight : Passengers are entitled to be at the check in counter at least 1.30 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
• The check-in counter will be closed 40 minutes before domestic departure flight time and 50 minutes before departure time for international departure flight.
• Suvarnabhumi International Airport Departure : Concourse A for all domestic flights, and Concourse D is for all Bangkok Airways's international departure and arrival.

• Infant ticket price is 25% of the applicable Published adult fare. 
• Infants under the age of 2 may share a seat with an accompanying adult as a lap infant. If you chose to purchase a seat for your infant, child fare will apply.

• If a Ticket has been paid for by a person other than the Passenger named in the Ticket, and the Ticket indicates that there is a restriction on refund, we shall make a refund only to the person who paid for the Ticket, or to that person's order.
• If a portion of the Ticket has been used, the refund will be an amount equal to the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for travel between the points for which the Ticket has been used, less any reasonable service charges or cancellation fees.
• Change is available, but customers will need to contact NusaTrip for assistance.
